Well. It's been a while now, hasn't it??? I've been busy. My photoeditting had improved a little bit, I've been spending a lot of time on the GIMP and it shows. Of course, school just started again (8th grade this year) so I'm pretty busy with that, and I'm pouring efforts into Lila, my trumpet.

School is going okay... I've been getting loads more homework, tons more than my 16 year old sister, and my fourth test this year is on Friday. We just started about two weeks ago! I am bitter. I took my first private trumpet lesson EVER yesterday, which was delightful. I played decently, but the big thing is that I went through with it. I've never been too comfortable with playing solo in front of people, but with two different private teachers, I should get better.

Also, I'm getting into a better situation with my ex-boyfriend, which is very nice because we've been pretty much ignoring each other for the past three years. Now we talk, sort of, once in a while. That's good. I'm getting more comfortable around people, which I guess is a given as far as growing up.
